Hello!
I grew up in Springdale, Arkansas, with a passion for movement and learning. I played college soccer at Central Baptist College, earning a Bachelor’s in Health Science, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia, Missouri. My experience includes working in pediatric outpatient clinics, developmental preschools, school districts, and adult rehabilitation. As an adjunct instructor, I mentor future clinicians and am certified in dry needling, reflex integration, IASTM, cupping therapy, and hippotherapy. I also collaborate with nonprofits like Manes and Miracles to support children in the River Valley.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading, trying new foods, baking, and training in CrossFit. A proud plant lover, I manage a small farm with chickens, ducks, geese, and donkeys. I also spend quality time with my husband and two kids, cheering at their sports, tackling projects, and walking our dog, Howard. Recently, we launched a real estate business together.
What I love most about physical therapy is helping people move better and regain independence, regardless of age or ability. I combine science, creativity, and compassion to tailor care to each patient’s needs, celebrating small victories and significant milestones in their journeys.
